Yellow Springs Lodge #279 was chartered in 1855. It's the home lodge for Sovereign Grand Representative Terry Alexander.

Our members funded their own lodge hall in 1884. We still occupy that building and receipts from downstairs renters fund our sizable (about $15000) charitable endeavors.

We do trash pickup three times a year on Dayton-Yellow Springs Road just outside the village of Yellow Springs. We also due regular pickup in a local downtown park. Until recently we sponsored the local July 4 Parade and Fireworks.

 We encourage member visits. Non-members (please call Secretary) are welcome at our pre-meeting meal.
